Can I contact Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes Cakes by Telephone?

What are your opening hours?

MONDAY-FRIDAY 10AM - 4PM. WE ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS.

Any enquiries made over the weekend will receive a response on the following Monday

We aim to respond enquiries we receive in our business hours within 24 hours

How do i order a Mail Order Cake Taster Box? 

Our Cake Taster Boxes are sent out twice a month. 

This is on the 1st and last week of each month

My Mail Order Cake Taster Box has not arrived - Can you help? 

Please reply to your order confirmation within 2 days of your dispatch date if your parcel has not arrived on time or is missing.

I can send over the tracking number for you to check with Royal Mail. Currently, less than 1% of parcels have gone missing (the usual cause is an incorrect/incomplete address which I cannot cover the cost for). 

Does Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes do weddings?

Yes! We can provide Buttercream tiered cakes,Semi Naked cakes and dessert tables!

We don't charge extra if you are ordering our standard layer cakes - just order from our website.

Does Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes deliver? 

YES! Our Mail Order Cake Taster Boxes go out nationwide via Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery which is a tracked service.

Celebration cakes can be delivered in London, or please get in touch fo a quote for delivery elsewhere (bare in mind that it can be more expensive than mail order because they are fragile and I have to factor in my time and fuel costs as I deliver celebration cakes in person/with a trusted courier)

When can I collect my order? 

You can collect cupcakes and celebration cakes during our business hours of Monday-Friday 10am-4pm time slot. If you are late, we will contact you. We are closed on weekends,so please try not to be late! Further details are available on our delivery page.

Does Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes make vegan cakes? 

I can make vegan cakes, but due to lack of demand recently I am not offering as many options sorry. Support your local vegan businesses rather so that more options will become available! 

Vegan Cupcakes are available to order on our website.

Does Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes make gluten-free cakes?

I can make Gluten Free cakes, but due to lack of demand not very often!

We mostly only take on gluten free orders for Weddings or larger events.Gluten Free Cupcakes are available to order via our website.

Can I order a different flavour to those listed? 

YES! There are loads of options available with regards to a cake flavour, so please e-mail us your ideas to heavenlyrainbowcupcakes@outlook.com 

Can I order a custom cake?

Yes. Please e-mail heavenlyrainbowcupcakes@outlook.com with your specifications. It is useful to know that custom cakes take longer to create than our standard designs. Capacity for this type of order is more limited, and the prices are higher than for standard cake designs. 

How much notice do I need to give for Online & Cake orders?

Cake and Cupcakes from our online shop MUST to be placed  by 4PM for 48 HOUR COLLECTION and DELIVERY service

When using the 48 Hour Collection/Delivery Service please use the ADD NOTES SECTION at the checkout to tell us if there is a specific day you require your order otherwise we will presume it is for 48 hours from when you placed your order.

If you have selected to collect your order then the collection address details will be on your invoice

Bespoke Cake orders MUST be placed at least 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE​ via Email: heavenlyrainbowcupcakes@outlook.com

Online Orders can be done via PayPal

 

Customers who place a Bespoke Cake order will be sent an invoice to make the payment

A 50% deposit payment is needed to confirm Bespoke Cake Orders and until payment is received your order cannot be confirmed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order still awaiting payment 48 hours before the delivery/collection date.

Failure to make the payment within this time will result in a delay in providing your order.

What is the cancellation policy on cake orders?

If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether please contact us as far in advance as possible.

 

Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total. 

 

Those cancelled within 4-6 days of delivery/collection will be entitled to a 50% refund. 

 

Those cancelled within 48 hours of the order date will NOT be entitled to a refund.

INGREDIENTS & ALLERGENS

At Heavenly Rainbow Cupcakes we pride ourselves on being able to provide cakes for most people with allergies and intolerances. However it is important for us to state that we do handle allergenic ingredients on a daily basis including: gluten (wheat flour), all types of nuts & seeds, dairy (milk, butter, cream etc), eggs, soya, all types of fruits & vegetables. If you, or you are ordering a cake for somebody with a severe allergy then please consider that this is at your own risk. 
 
Gluten free & Vegan cakes are available on request, pleas e-mail heavenlyrainbowcupcakes@outlook.com to make arrangements before ordering online. 
If you have any other special requirements, please e-mail prior to ordering online so that we can make arrangements beforehand.
